Wild Boletus is a giant forest mushroom still harvested in oak groves by local country folk. These mushrooms are aromatic and earthy, much like truffles. Gathered from the forest floor, they are artfully combined with classic light crystals of Flor de Sal to create an earthy, flavorful salt. Use it to add an earthy depth to sauces and soups.

Flor de Sal is the premium salt. It is laden with minerals from the sea, which provide the special saltiness of the sea. To create this classic salt, bubbling surf is captured in designated ponds under the bright, warm Spanish sunshine.
As the fresh seawater evaporates, a delicate crust of sea salt begins to crystallize. This “flor” is painstakingly harvested by hand, never touching the sands below. It is blended with the primal mushrooms of the forest, and then placed in a clear class jar with a genuine natural cork top. Perfect for your counter, spice shelf or table.
